No WAY! We haven’t had dial-up since we escaped AOHell several years ago. My mom had dial-up until last year. Every time I tried to help her look something up, I could feel myself getting more gray hairs. Ugh!
Nope! Comcast cable connection here. Never had to deal with dial-up.
Because we live out of town the only high speed net access we have available to us is wireless which means that we are stuck on a usage plan which means if we go over our limit it sloooows right down. We don’t pay any more for it but we do try not to go over cos the whole slow thing drives me nuts. It can be difficult though with the kid wanting to jump on utube, my space ect, ect!!!!

Who uses dial-up anymore?
I had road runner for a few years but finally decided that paying $44.95 just for internet was stooopid
So then I tried dial-up for about a year & lemme tell you…it was a very frustrating year.
I have been on DSL since April & have been very pleased with it.When it first came out in my area 5 years ago I’d tried & hated it.But a different company talked me into it & I have no regrets
It is cheaper than cable & much faster than dial-up.
Just say no to dial-up. Dial-up bad …hopefully none of the people on this blog work for the phone company.
