I feel better today. I have not yet snarled at anyone. 
It is a beautiful day out there, sunny and overcast at the same time. I’m beginning to think this might be a norm for Portland.

His skin was dark brown, and he looked distinctly monochromatic, like a wedge of darkness carved in the fabric of the kitchen. People mistook him for a thug, which was what he wanted. It was a costly mistake to make.
“Damn, Jim, you’re so flamboyant. Like a peacock with all these colorful clothes. You should tone it down a little, if you want people to take you seriously.” There. Payback for ratting me out.
There was some talk about doing an up-all-night thing for MAGIC BLEEDS’s release, where Gordon and I would park ourselves in a chatroom for the duration of May 25th and be available to answer questions. Do you guys still want to do this or should we abandon the idea?
If you still want to do this, should we do it on the 26th instead, so you have read the book? We have a signing at Powells on the 25th, so we would be gone 5-10pm Pacific time, but if you guys would prefer to stay up, we can pull an all-nighter after that.

I agree with what Vinity wrote, because either Chapters might get the book late or I won’t be as fast at reading as everyone else, or something. A thread I could look at later so I can see questions I didn’t think of asking. But it sounds like a great oppertunity! Either way, I will most likely be pulling an all-nighter to read it!

I wonder which ebook stores will have the book so I can get reading as soon as some server passes midnight… Especially if it is a server running a few hours ahead of Pacific time where I live. Bwahaha!. Would it be possible to link those ebook stores if you happen to know?
OhOhOH! Is there a contact at Powells to ask if we can buy a paper copy to get autographed while you’re there for the signing? Some shops will have books set to go for out-of-town customers who really want a signed copy
And of course I want to order signed copies of Devon’s and Lilith’s upcoming releases (but I think Lilith’s book comes out a bit later).

Personally, I would rather have a chance to read the book before a q & a.
I now have some reservations about a chat room after reading others comments and thinking about SPOILERS! Yes, those pesky vexations to those who can not take the time to read the book straight through because of obligations or find/buy it in time to read all or most of it.
EmmyB suggested a Q & A session. Maybe that could keep down the chaos that sometimes happens and the Spoilers from coming out without warning.
Just a suggestion.

Probably won’t make a chat, very preggers and kinda stuck at home, relying on pre-order to get the book, don’t even know if I’ll get it by then. I’m sure I’ll catch up on some Q&A, etc. on these posts. Seriously, do whatever works for you, your loyal followers will come!!!

I am so bummed. I thought the RT Convention literature had Ilona Andrews on it when I looked last. I kept checking the blog and I didn’t see any mention of RT or the Convention. I just the lineup for RT again and it no longer had you on there. I wasn’t able to afford the convention, but I was going to the book fair Saturday. Major bummer…..
