We have an official title for Kate 5, it is now officially Magic Slays. We like it, Anne likes it, and we feel it fits the book.

In believe it or not news, our friend J. Frost is taking a train from FL to CO for the RomCon. It is in her honor that I dedicate Concrete Blonde’s “100 Games of Solitaire.”
The weather has finally turned nice and Ilona enjoy sitting outside sipping beer and reading.
We are always looking for good books and I have found one. Australian author Rowena Cory Daniels sent us a really nice signed copy of her book The King’s Bastard and I have to say I am enjoying it so far. It’s a good read and the cover art is way cool. Check it out.

MAGIC SLAYS Sound Awesooooome! I cannot wait. I have a feeling, it ‘fits’ the book because there shall be an excessive amount of slaying, hmm? :p Not that there’s every been a shortage of killing and detruction in each of the books.

Congrats on the name. We’ve had such fun on the threads speculating. The King’s Bastard looks cool. Oddly I am, right at this moment reading Farseer trilogy which is also about a King’s bastard.

Also, typed somethig about looking for new good books. Try Michelle Sagara’s Chronicles of Elantra Series. It is totally awsome! The second book Cast in Courtlight is my favorite of the series.
