Cute! You got a new puppy?

    [Looks like another drooler!]

    1. Gordon

So far she does not seem to drool, Luka is still the drool king.

  2. Heather

    You picked wisely!

Awww! She is beautiful! I have a pug named Lola, she’s my spoiled little princess. She’s 4 years old now and she does not drool at all! Pugs are just known for snorting, sneezing & snoring!! Make sure to keep a close eye on her breathing for the first year or so. Pugs are known to have minor health problems due to the short muzzle. If you notice her gasping or shortness of breath (not due to recent activity) she may need surgery to widen her nasal passage, to enable her to breath more easily! I’m sure she will fit right in with her much bigger brothers, Pugs may be small in size but they are all about the attitude! Enjoy her, she’s just precious!

So cute! I just finished reading Nancy Bush’s Jane Kelly mystery series featuring Binky the pug. Makes me want to get a pug too.

  10. Allison

Oh, how sweet she is! I’m not a pug person but she looks so cute!

I always said that if we ever got a dog it would have to be a pug. They are like little bulldogs. OMG so cute. But, with 3 cats in the house and 3 outside I’m not sure we’ll be going the doggie route any time soon.

oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! I can’t believe you got a pug! We have had multiple pugs, the latest was my black pug Winston who was totally awesome. Pugs have such a unique personality and make the best noises. I bet you love her!

I work at a vet clinic, and we have a pug named Molly that comes in to board whilst her parents are on vacation, the best thing about her is that whenever she moves she makes snuffling noises like a little piglet, she’s also about 10 lbs. overweight, but that just adds to her charm. Be careful what you feed Miss B, you don’t need a 10 lbs. overweight, snuffling little pug dog. On the by-and-by though your pug is SO CUTE!!!

she is so cute ,my daughter is trying to get us to get a pug but we already have
two cats and a rabbit. I would agree to it but my husband is totally against
    getting a dog.

  27. Cem

  28. Lyssa

*does the puppy, puppy, puppy dance…” Oh she is so cute” the last word rising in pitch and volume to become annoyin baby talk.

  29. RKB

We have two Pugs and they are hilarious creatures. Miss B looks a tad like one of my Pugs when she was a puppy. Too cute. :-)

  30. Kate L

What a face! You cannot help but love it!

  31. Ashley Mc

What a cute puppy and interesting name! With her coloring she looks like a mini Luka.

  32. CandaceB

Congratulations on the cute little puppy!

  33. Cathy

OOOh. What a cutie!!! She’s lovely. :) I’ve got two myself. Drooling, snoring and at at times…slightly gassy, but wonderful dogs.

Pugs are really social divas. Sometimes they’ll get destructive if you don’t spend enough time with them. I found out about this meeting (see link) a few years ago. My pugs absolutely loved it! Pug-Playtime is what they called it in Seattle, but I heard the Portland one is bigger. Very casual. It’s like taking kids to the park. You find a seat and let your ‘kid’ play. Cheap and low maintenance. I’m all about it.

    Good luck!

    1. RKB

      Wow, that’s quite a Pug meet-up – 900 people have joined it!

  34. Calliope

A doberman. A boxer. A mastiff (I forget the name of Luka’s specific breed).

    And a pug.

She’s so small compared to the others!

Is she yours or are you just dog-sitting?
