Curran: Volume I
This isn’t a short story or a novella. This is a collection of scenes written by Gordon Andrews as a companion to our Kate Daniels series of books. These scenes illustrate the point of view of Curran, the Beast Lord of Atlanta and are provided in gratitude to our readers for all of their support. This collection isn’t meant to stand on its own as an independent work of fiction.
This collection is available at Smashwords FREE in Kindle, ePub, PDF, mobi, RTF, LRF, Palm Doc (PDB), and other formats. We’ve received numerous requests from readers who wanted to pay us for the collection. In response to it, this collection is now also available on Amazon for 99 cents.

Omg I Need More FAST!!!!!
Please consider re-writing all the Kate Daniels Series in Curran’s Point of View! I think everyone who loves Kate Daniels would love to read the same stories from Currans point of view. Atleast please consider writing more one-shots from Currans POV! You guys write an awesome series!
i love the Books so much. English is very hard for me, but in Germany the Translation or what ever takes so long, so must help me out
and i only could say the same like so many others – to read the POV from Curran is to get a 3D Movie in my Head. A missing Piece of the Kate Puzzle
Is not the thing i couldn’t imagined in my head how Curran feel in this or an other Scene, but is my Point, my Vision – not yours. So i only could hope it would given more Piece of Currans POV for us. And i would also say thank you for the wonderful new world
My friend and I were talking the other day about cheesy pick up lines and she randomly stated that a good pick up line for Curran to use on Kate would be: Cat got your tongue baby? Or do you just wish I did? dont know about that but it just got me thinking it would be funny…
Hmmm. Volume I implies more volumes, that is, more Curran POV. So, how about posting some of that implied Curran POV in your snippet section? I’d love to know more about Curran’s internal dialog in the scenes where Kate and Curran are dancing around each other. For example, the scene in “Magic Strikes” when Curran breaks into Kate’s apartment for their little heart-to-heart talk on the floor. Just a thought . . .
I just finished reading the scene described above where Curran broke in to Kate’s apartment. I agree a Curran POV on that scene and more would be great. I just found the series a week or so ago and I’m more than half through so I’m quite glad to see a new addition coming out in a few more months. As already stated and restated the writing in this series is fabulous and the characters are well developed. Thank you.
Would definately love to read more curren POV esp the break in scene
please, please, please!
A big kiss to Bea Kaser for the German translation…
It is very much appreciated…
PLEASE to Ilona-Andrews: we need moooooore!
Best Regards from Austria RS
yeah… it’s a fantasic story and … i can say i love it. i read the books several times! a story about curran would be great and the fans would be happy, too!!
Ich liebe diese Serie, leider dauern die Übesetzungen immer soooo langen, da bessere ich mein Englisch auf und lese die Fortsetzung erst in Englisch. Kann es nicht abwarten. Teil 4 ist wirklich super

Would the book also appear in german ??????
I LOVE YOUR BOOKS, but I’m a bit nervous about reading from Curran’s POV. I hate it when writers split the story between the male and female leads, it seems so jarring. Once you step into the mind of one character and get a sneak peak into their emotions and past self, it quite frankly annoying to be ripped out of their world. Then to make matters worse a different perceptive is forced upon you, only to be changed in the next chapter. So please keep this series from ONLY Kate’s perceptive. ALSO, ARE YOU WRITING ANOTHER BOOK TO THE SERIES AFTER “MAGIC SLAYS”?!?!, because i am dying for Kate/Curran and Roland’s SHOWDOWN!!!
i would love curran’s pov of when she all telling him who her family is and when he tells her he would leave and ran away with her, i would just love to see what he was thinking in these moments.
I think that Curran’s POV would be great for when he is rescuing her from the blood fire, she slays herself on the sword in the Games, when he is getting her from the gold flying thing, when she is out for three days after saving Julie, and when she is telling him why he should let his ex and her almost ex get married and spills her guts about what she will never have. Also what he thinks when he realizes he has fallen in love with here and his discussions about her with Jim and his adoptive father. He had to have loved her before book four or he would not have been waiting at her home for her to give her what she never thought she’d have at the end of book 3.
I love REAL books, the smell, the feel, the escape, etc. I have to live on a stupid computer all day at work, will this actually be published in some kind of paperback form? There really is nothing like a good book to cozy up to—and much easier on the eyes.
