I just wondered how people felt about Bitten. I only watched the first ep. The guy they cast as Clay was just too far off for me. I hear it's getting better. I wonder why they'd change the Clay character so drastically?

I'm watching it, and it's sorta getting better. Other than Elena, the casting is god-awful. I hate the guy they cast as Clay. Jeremy isn't even close to being right, and Karl is ugggggg. Sad

I was really bummed to hear scify only bought the rights to the werewolf books/story lines. Not really sure what that'll mean for the tv series after season 1.

What are the ratings like? ITA the casting is terrible. What were they thinking? I didn't even see Karl. The casting of clay was enough to send me away. I always saw Jeremy as a young John Cusack, I've always thought he looked slightly Asian.

Yeah, in the books, Jeremy is part Japanese. I saw somewhere (tumblr, maybe) where Armstrong addressed the casting very briefly. Super disappointing. Not sure what the ratings are like.... Sad

I'm enjoying it so far. Really enjoyed the most recent episode and look forward to the coming ones.
