What's Kate short for?  Does she have a middle name?  Does she use a Russian style patronymic?  Which parent did she inherit her surname from?  Inquiring minds need really really really want to know!  Cheesy

Kate is short for Ekaterina, but Kate never thinks of herself as that.  So Kate Daniels.  No middle name.  The only time she would you Russian patronymic would be when speaking to Russians, and that would be Ekaterina Voronovna Daniels

I'm sorry that I have to dig up a "solved" question but I wonder about the Daniels surname: it's been anglicized for semplicity of use or is voron original surname?Huh?

Daniels is a randomly chosen surname.  It has no connection to Voron Grin  Kate had to have a last name, so he picked one for her.
