Eh, I don't hate Rick exactly...not as much as I did after Mercy Blade at least. But he is pushy & not giving Jane any space. Plus if he actually

I found this book really hard to get through. I just found that there was too many characters to keep track of and her relationship with rick is anoying me. Im wondering if I will continue with this series

I found it really difficult to read Raven Cursed and kept skipping sections...  killPC     I've haven't gotten over Mercy Blade last year and I'm thinking of breaking up with this series....

Am I the only one getting frustrated with Jane/Beast and her men/mate issues?

Really?!
I mean.... after so many books...
REALLY?!

Agreed~  killPC In general I like the Jane/beast interaction better in this book. Not the beast POVs {those still bug me} but beast popping up in her thoughts and blending her strengths while Jane is alpha. Still the men situation is insane. I know someone who has written Faith and she swears there will be an explanation. I say she better the heck get with it cause I know a lot of people who have quit the series.

Hmmmm old thread, but what the heck is going on with Bruiser.  I hope it's not staging for Jane to end up with him, since I really want the Jane/Ricky situation resolved... Although that may not be possible with the whole were-infection think going on.

I was hoping we would get more in the "Rogue Mage" series, which is how I found faith hunter, but so much time has gone by that I think that series has been totally abandoned in favor of Jane yellowrock.  I like Jane, but feel the market is being flooded by too many skinwalker/were/vamp series.  They all start running together after a bit.  I never could get into the Mercy Thomson series by Briggs and again was hoping for more in her Raven series

... And don't even get me started on the dearth of good current science fiction.

TG for the Ilona and Gordon team with good quality writing and a take on the witch/vamp/were genre which brings it out of the same old same old and puts it on a different level
