since magic has some sort of relationship with belief, there should be a dishwasher monster in the kate universe. It might make you feel better if it gets chopped into squirming oozy peices

I’d like something blue. Blue is good, it is my favoritist color. Actually, I’d like to have a picture of my dog as an icon, she is the cutest welsh corgi ever seen on this or any other planet. Still, it is pretty cool we all get little friendly icons w/ our posts…makes me feel special.

Sounds like you have “mechanical flu”. I think your husband should work on Curran POV’s until you recover:) One time I caught the mech. flu and i had 2 watches stop, my phone charger died, my computer got a virus and my shower pipe sprung a leak!

See, I would love to learn Russian profanity, because if I’m going to curse at work, it needs to be a language no one else at work speaks. Spanish, yes, French, yes, Chinese, we have Chinese guests… same with Arabic, Hindi, German, and Japanese. I’ve yet to have anyone Russian come through.

I am so sorry you are going through this crappy stuff. Thanks for the warning about Home Depot. It is the only large hardware store in our small town, so that is where we shop. I am very glad to know what NOT to buy there.
I’ve just finished reading all your books (found “On the Edge” last summer and have been gobbling up all I can get my hands on ever since!) and am wondering where to go for like-minded books until MAGIC RISES comes out.
